Responsibilities:
  • Review, investigation, decision making, and processing of specialty claim types, and all related claim functions and activities
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree majoring in Nursing or Medical (Medical Doctor)
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in life insurance industry
  • Possess knowledge in claim process
  • Computer (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and English literate
  • Good analytical thinking with accuracy and speed of work
  • Able to work in a team with positive attitude and accountability, and continuous learning
