PT Donaldson Filtration Indonesia, invite a suitably qualified candidate to fill the following position :
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the month end close process including GL reconciliations as may be assigned, routine month end accounting entries
- Complete monthly accounts and tax reconciliations in time and create a plan of execution
- Identify all reconciling variances and provide recommendations to manager for process improvement when appropriate.
- Preparation of statutory accounts and tax compliances
- Work closely with external and internal auditor, compile and organize reports required by external and internal audit.
- Perform tax and company compliance activities regularly
- Preparation of weekly/monthly cash flow projections
- Ad hoc tasks required by the Finance Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting with hands on knowledge of accounting processes
- JDE knowledge will be add advantage
- Detail oriented, strong problem-solving skills
- Candidate must have the ability to multi task and must be proficient with Excel
- Ability to comfortably work in an intensely deadline-oriented environment
- Team work abilities are a must
- Flexibility if required to work outside of normal hours at certain times
