    Responsibilities:
    As Portfolio Senior Sales Supervisor you will be responsible to manage, develop and improve portfolio sales instalment Programs action to existing ANZ Credit Card Customers. This includes maintaining existing portfolio to develop cross-selling opportunity, leading & managing sales team in achieving targeted sales volume, and works closely with customer care units. The incumbent is also responsible for staff development program and provide standard selling skills for newly recruited Portfolio officer.

    Requirements:

    Ideal candidate should have experience in leading large sales team for minimum 2 years from a reputable bank primarily within Credit Card business. A tertiary qualification in a business related field, such as Bachelor of Business /Management / Commerce /Finance / Accounting /Economics will be well regarded. Holding level-1 BSMR certification will be an advantage.
