Branch Manager Management Trainee

Responsibilities:
- This specific program is aimed to develop trainees to be our future Branch Manager. Branch Manager will be responsible for the whole areas in his branch (sales, administration, and workshop). In this program, trainess will participated in various On The Job Training (OJT) at Daihatsu and obtain experiences as sales supervisor, administration head, and workshop head.
- Trainess will be positioned as an Acting Branch Manager in one of our many branches. Trainees will also receive intensive training programs and will be assigned an improvement project, which then will be strictly evaluated.
- The evaluation will determine whether trainess will become the real Branch Manager. Branch Manager are entitled to various attractive incentive, which include regular incentives, leasing incentives, and contest incentives. High achieving Branch Manager also get a chance to win a yearly trip overseas. Career-wise, Branch Manager are entitled for promotion to Regional Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master degree with min. GPA 3.00 from any major
- Maximum age 27, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- The candidates must possess leadership potential, strong interpersonal skill, high achiever, and high interest in automotive business
- The candidates must also have an enormous willingness to learn and business sense
- Experienced in sales will be an advantage
- Willing to be stationed throughout Indonesia
