- Good time management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with his supervisor and peers.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Has a good networking with relevant Telco and finance market player in Indonesia.
- Ability to develop and communicate the appropriate execution strategy, to drive the implementation of strategy by related peers
- Demonstrated good level communication and influencing skills
- Has a good passion and understanding in the online Lifestyle, mobile lifestyle applications, corporate mobile solution or related e-business and financial business especially payment
- Ability to develop and implement plans to achieve it, including ability to engage, lead and motivate a team
