Requirements :

- Age as of 1 July 2014 at least 21 years of age and up to 45 years
- Latest Photo with wrench size 4 × 6 as much as 2 sheets with background blue color to red for the color or Nautical Teknika
- Attach a copy of the Police Record Certificate (SKCK) is still valid
- Copy the last formal education Diploma
- Have a minimum sea diploma ANT-IV and ATT-IV
