Bank Central Asia was the largest private bank in Indonesia. The Bank was founded on February 21, 1957 as Bank Central Asia NV and was once an important part of Salim Group. The current President (term of Office 1999-present) is Djohan Emir Setijoso. BCA was officially established on February 21, 1957 as Bank Central Asia NV. Many things have been undertaken since the time of its establishment, and perhaps the most significant was the monetary crisis which occurred in 1997.
The BCA also offers insurance, treasury, and international banking services. Badminton Confederation of Africa Through Investments (Mauritius) Ltd., members of the Hartono family own more than 50% of the stock of the BCA, which was placed under government control in 1998 following a rush on the bank. After restructuring, the government gradually sold off its controlling stake in the bank.

- Have experience working in one of the following fields:-consultant-Quality Assurance Unit-Surveyor-Research
- Able to operate a computer (Mastering Microsoft Office Macros, and Power Point)
- Be able to communicate and foster good interpersonal relationships
- Able to work with a lot of work load
- Quick response, discipline, be able to work together in a team/group
- Proactive, have a high initiative and innovation
The Finance Division Staff & Planning
Requirements:
- Graduates from the Department of Fiscal Administration (preferably graduates Univesitas Indonesia);
- Index of achievement of at least 3.00 (scale 4.00);
- A maximum of 27 years of age and unmarried;
- Have experience working in finance and fiscal constitute an added value;
- Able to operate the computer with either;
- Has the capability of analysis and good communication;
- Honest and high integrity
