Requirement :
- Market your products – Islamic banking products especially in the field of financing, funds and services in accordance with the needs of potential borrowers/clients.
- Manage and minimize the risks of financing through the selection process with potential clients is just right.
- Provides a database of prospective clients/potential clients.
- Create and implement monthly work plan in accordance with the targets that have been set.
- Process monitoring (including on the spot visits) to the customer's business activities and developments.
- Follow up on incomplete documents to the customer.
- Accommodate and provide solutions to customer complaints.
- Provide information to the financing Administration on matters related to the customer in order to penginputan kolektibilitas.
- Have experience in banking preferably in the field of the management of funds let min 1 year.
- Age of 25-35tahun.
- Minimal Education D3
- Skills required (Hard/Soft Skills Skills): Communicative Skills, negotiation Skills, selling, have a power analysis, resilient, it is not easy to give up, to be honest, have high motivation and mobility.
- Work experience: has experience as an account officer in conventional banking, preferred banking Shariah min. 3 years with target financing: 3-5 Billion/month, SME.
- Knowledge a must-have: knowledge of Sharia banking products.
- Have a database of potential clients.
