Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) is one of the largest government-owned bank in Indonesia. At first the Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) established in Purwokerto, Central Java by Raden Aria Wirjaatmadja with the name Bei De Hulp en Spaarbank der Poerwokertosche Inlandsche Hoofden or "Bank Deposits belonging to the aid and The Priyayi Purwokerto", a financial institution that serves the people and Indonesia (native). The institution stood on 16 December 1895, which then serve as the day of birth of BRI.

Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree/S2 from Reputable University accredited A/B
- For graduates of the Faculty of General PPS/Majors: Economics, law, engineering, Agriculture, psychology, Technology, agriculture, animal husbandry, forestry, Fisipol (only for International Relations, Department of communication studies, Fiscal Administration, business administration, and State Administration), MATHEMATICS and NATURAL SCIENCES (only for courses in mathematics, statistics)
- For PPS Auditor graduates of Faculties/Departments: Economics, law, engineering, agriculture, Fisipol (only for Fiscal Administration, Department of business administration, and State Administration), MATHEMATICS and NATURAL SCIENCES (only for courses in mathematics, statistics)
- For PPS IT graduates of the Faculties/Majors: computer science, computer engineering
- Undergraduate GPA of at least 3.00
- GPA of at least 3.25 S2 with the provisions of s. 1 GPA min. 3.00
- Old max. 27 years old (for graduates), and max. 30 years old (for Graduate Students)
- Prioritized for those who have yet to sign up as participants PPS BRI
- Willing to follow all the stages of selection.
- Unmarried and willing to Not Marry up to 1 (one) year since appointed as Permanent Workers BRI.
- Willing to be placed in all work units in the region of Indonesia and BRI Abroad
- Be willing to sign a letter of agreement with the BRI when expressed as participants received the PPS BRI
