Responsibilities:
- Recording of the data production process parameters
- Analyzing the physical, organoleptic of intermediate goods and finished goods in the production process
- Implement and also supervising the GMP, HACCP and SOP in the production
- Perform quality control directly to the raw materials, intermediate goods and finished goods in the production process
- The quality of reporting irregularities
- Male, age maximum 28 years
- Education min D3 any discipline, preferably in the Department of Food
- 4 min 3.0 GPA scale
- Able to operate Ms. Office especially Excel
- Willing to work shift
- Willing to field work
- Fresh Graduate (experience preferred)
