Responsibilities:
- Responsible for payment of installments by the customers who experience delays in 1-30 days.
- Charging the consumer to make an appointment to visit the appropriate assignment given by the Team leader.
- To coordinate with the team to control delay collection of consumer payments over 20 days for immediate action.
- Collection Activity Plan and fill correctly in accordance with field conditions so that the consumer status, unit and cause delays in payment of installment can be read clearly in the system.
- Coordinate and cooperate with the delivery Collector Desk Warning Letter
- Male, single / married, age maximum 30 years.
- Minimum D3, in all directions.
- Having the ability to communicate and negotiate well.
- Have at least 1 year experience as Colletor in similar companies.
- C driver's license and own vehicle.
- Preferred could drive a four wheel vehicle and a license A.
- Love the work in the field, and understand the Malang Raya.
- Preferred Native Malang.
