Responsibilities:
What does our program offer?
- The EGP is an exclusive development program for ambitious engineers offering a unique opportunity to learn along with a rewarding career. The 18-month program comprises three different on-the-job assignments in a diverse environment, of which one assignment will bring you an experience working abroad.
- Tailored off-the-job training and hands-on experience in various functions will accelerate your professional and personal development. A personal mentor will be provided to guide you through the entire program. In addition, countless networking opportunities are available for you as a part of our global team.
Requirements:
Who are we looking for? You…
- Are a recent/prospective engineering graduate (at least Bachelor degree) from reputable universities
- Have an excellent academic record (min. GPA 3.0)
- Have previous practical experience (internship/apprenticeship/part time job/campus project)
- Have an intercultural mindset
- Fluency in English is a must
- Have strong social and communication skills
- Are open-minded and eager to meet challenges
