APPLICATION PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT OFFICER

Responsibilities:
- Key Responsibilities:
- - Proactive monitoring of application performance in production area and taking necessary actions.
- - Identification of slowness, halts, degradation and wastes within the production environment.
- -Performing and preparing trend analysis reports of application performance in different areas.
- - Based on trend analysis providing feedback / suggestions to the operations, application development or network group.
- - Reports for capacity planning and infrastructure utilization.
- - Performing analysis and investigations on the current and past issues for permanent fixes.
- - Managing team.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Software engineerring, Database concepts, SQL writing.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
- Preferred language(s): English.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in IT Executive/MIS or Project Management.
