In an effort to fulfill the Bank Indonesia directives, namely that public banks soon became the company Go Public so that most of its shares are owned by the public, then in 2010 after getting the effective statement from the authorized authority, to be exact on December 13, the Bank recorded its first shares in Indonesia stock exchange so as to improve the capital structure of Rp 160 billion, from the previous Rp. 568 billion to Rp. 728 billion.Back Office
