Bank Mega Originating from a family-owned enterprise named PT. Bank Karman, which was founded in 1969 and based in Surabaya, later in 1992 changed its name into pt. Bank Mega Tbk. in line with its development PT. Mega Bank in 1996 was taken over bythe GROUP (PT. Para Global Investindo dan PT. Para Peer Investama).
