 HRD Manager

 Requirements:

• Male / Female, max. 35 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) Majoring Psychology/Law/Management of Human Resources
• Experience min. 3 years in the same position
• Strong competency in Human Development (Recruitment, Training, Benefit, Payroll, Jamsostek, Regulation Of Employment & Organization Development)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
• Having strong analytical thinking
• Mature, flexible and also good in human relation skill
• Good computer literate (Ms. Office, Data Base application)
• Fluent in English is advantage

 HRD Staff

• Male / Female, max. 25 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) Majoring Psychology/Law/Management of Human Resources
• Experience min. 1 years in the same position( Fresh graduate allow to apply )
