Helpdesk - Inbound Caller

Requirements :
  • Female, Min. D3 (D1 with experience are welcome to apply)
  • Preferrably experience 1 year in handling Corporate Clients, existing clients & potentail clients
  • Self Confident and Fast learner
  • Good Initiative and pro-active
  • Discipline and Highly motivated
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Good selling skills
  • Excellent is using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, ppt)
  • Understanding in Telecomunication's latest gadget (Android, IOS, Blackberry, etc)
  • Capable working under pressure (tight timeline) 
Customer Service Representative

Requirements:
  • Male/female, Age Max. 26 years, Bachelor degree all courses
  • Look interesting, service oriented, communicative
  • Can operate computers and preferably speak United Kingdom
  • Preferably have experience as a Customer Service, particularly in the telecommunications industry, service centre, banking, insurance and other service industries front desk
  • Placements in all areas of Jabodetabek, Serang Banten
