- Maximum Age 35 years
- Have experience in the banking industry for a minimum of 2 years (preferably on the same position)
- Understand and master the Small Business, Micro & Consumer
- At least Bachelor degree (any major) from leading universities
- Able to operate Ms. Excel, Ms Powerpoint and Ms. Word properly.
- Thorough and have high integrity
- Able to communicate well
- Willing to work overtime
- Discipline, able to work both individually and working together in teams
- Able to work under pressure
