Indonesia Trading Company is the result of a consolidation of three (3) pieces of Badana Enterprises (SOEs), namely PT Dharma Niaga (Persero), PT Pantja Niaga (Persero), along with PT Tjipta Niaga (Persero) which was implemented in 2003 to be precise on March 31. It is in accordance with the regulations of the Government of Indonesia Number 22 in 2003.
