- Max age
- ANT III : max age 36 years old (per 1 December 2013)
- ANT II : max age 38 years old (per 1 December 2013)
- ANT I : max age 40 years old (per 1 December 2013)
- Min 3 years of experience (preferably as Captain/Nahkoda)
- Min height of 162 cm
- Not color blind and not wearing glasses
- Willing to be placed in all area of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero)
- Willing to training for 9 months
- Not having a husband / wife who worked at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero)
