PT Radana Bhaskara Finance, Tbk Founded under the name of PT Indonesia Lease Corporation (Indo Lease) on September 20, 1972. In his travels, several times experienced the change of name to PT. Mitra Pradityatama Leasing (1988), PT Niaga Leasing Corporation (1995), Commercial Leasing, PT. (2000), and PT Indovest Commerce Finance (2001). The name HD Finance itself was confirmed in 2005 and have been registered in the Register of companies on Company Registration Office of West Jakarta on May 9, 2006. then on 22 may 2013 PT Trakindo Clan Tiara back doing the company's purchase of shares from the public tender offer results compulsory (mandatory tender offer) of 11,21%. Currently PT Trakindo Clan Tiara is the controlling shareholder of HD in Finance that has 55% of the total number of shares that have been placed and paid up.
