Reconciliation and Monitoring Officer
Job Descriptions:
- Reconcile Bancassurance Renewal transactions as per renewal schedule.
- Reconcile Trade Interest Accrual Calculation.
- Reconcile transactions perform by treasury operations on intersystem transitory accounts and custodian records for Securities.
- Reconcile daily ATM Bersama, MasterCard, VISA, and Bill Payment transactions in each Suspense accounts
- Investigate Claim and any outstanding items on reconciliation results.
- Escalate any unreconciled items
- Maintain outstanding items and ensure the settlement has been done properly.
- Provide reconciliation and monitoring reports.
- Ensure that all operational risks identified are highlighted, collated and resolution sought, in a timely manner.
- Back up/substitute other reconciliation Officer in the absence of Other reconciliation Officer
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
