- Background in IT / Information Technology is a must
- Excellent in English (written and verbal)
- Able to handle high volume of work
- Able to work under pressure
- Getting used to multi tasking and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Able to execute the instructions in precise and timely manner and give feedback on the result
