- Maximum Age 40 years
- Graduate degree in civil engineering, Architecture, construction, structure or the like
- At least have 2-3 years experience as a Site Manager
- Willing to be placed in the designated Project
- Can count on material needs, the needs of the workforce, create project implementation schedule and the progress of work regularly and on time
- Able to make work plan in detail and directional
- Used to doing opname project work
- Able to work according to the schedule/schedule of projects already determined
- Able to lead organizations well project
- Mastering Autocad, p. and p. Project Office
- Honest, spirited leader, authoritative, responsible, loyal, kerjas, active workers, innovative, high berdidikasi and were able to trial the entire staff and worker under his leadership
